2017 Letters About Literature Finalists

Congratulations to Key 5th graders Alexa Cruz, Isabella Moran and Alana Stewart on being named Maryland state finalists for the 2017 Letters About Literature contest!

Key 6th grader, Aliya Peremel's poetry submission, "Change," has been selected for publication in the 2017 World Artists' Experiences Anthology, Building a More Peaceful World Through Kindness and Compassion.

Early Childhood Specialists

Attuned to current brain research and best educational practices, Key's experienced faculty instill excitement for academic work in math, science and language arts daily. Faculty participate in myriad professional development opportunities annually which include participation in the Learning and the Brain Conference.

Classes in music, library, art, outdoor education, and physical education are taught by highly specialized Key faculty members in campus facilities that include studios, laboratories, outdoor classrooms, and gymnasiums.
