Annapolis Book Festival

Join Us for this Free Community Event on April 25, 2015 from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.


Now in its thirteenth year, the Annapolis Book Festival has become one of the premier community events in the region. Last year more than 3,000 people attended this free community Festival that celebrates the beauty, power, passion, and excitement of the written word. The Annapolis Book Festival brings nationally renowned authors to The Key School in Annapolis, Maryland, to discuss their books and the craft of writing. The Festival also features Annapolis Town Crier Squire Frederickchildren's activities, live music, refreshments, and new and used book sales.

The Festival has something for everyone. Here is a taste of the 2015 panel discussions:

A Critique of the War on Terror; Baltimore Baseball and Barbecue with Boog Powell; Immigration Reform; Extreme Weather and Our Changing Climate; Privacy Rights in a Digital Age; Putin's Russia; Putting Your Best Foot Forward with Publishers; Remembering the Holocaust; Hawthorne, Shakespeare and a Revolution; Hooked on Salt, Sugar and Fat; The Language of Paradise: A Novel by Barbara Klein Moss; Johnny Unitas: The Man with the Golden Arm; Living with ADHD; Maryland Is for Seafood Lovers: Must Love Dogs: How Dogs Became Man's Best Friend; Dystopian Fictional Worlds: Comic Relief from Two Modern Men; and much more.
