Congratulations are in order for Key’s Sailing Team! For the second year in a row, the team is headed to the national championships. After competing in the MASSA Fleet Racing District Championship in Oyster Bay, NY, where Key’s sailors took second place, the team qualified to appear in the Mallory Trophy ISSA Fleet Racing Championship on May 13-15 in Charleston, SC.
Senior Erin Wright won the Interscholastic Equestrian Association Sportsmanship Award which honors outstanding sportsmanship and is given to competitive equestrians who are viewed as leaders and positive role models.

Beginning winter 2016-2017, Key School will field a varsity level Swim Team. Key Swim Team will compete in the IAAM (girls) and MIAA (boys) conferences against traditional rivals such as AACS, Beth Tfiloh and Saints Peter and Paul. While details will be shared later in the year, the team will practice at what will be Key’s home pool—Severna Park Community Center—three days a week (M, T, Th) from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
