From the daily "Quiet/Reflection Time" in the Lower School to book discussion groups and activities in Middle and Upper School, the Key School libraries promote reading for pleasure throughout the school year. Each library (Manse, Ford K. Brown, and Upper School) provides summer reading lists for students with carefully selected titles for recreational reading as well as curricular reading. Summer reading lists for Middle and Upper School students are accompanied by links to guiding questions, study guides or detailed assignments. The summer reading sites also offer links to widely respected book lists for young readers.
The math packets found on the Middle and Upper School pages aim to keep young mathematical minds from growing rusty over the summer months. Completing the work found in each grade or course-specifc packet ensures that students will hit the ground running when school meets again in August.
