Drop Off and Pick Up
For safety purposes pre-school through fourth grade campers must be signed out each day by a parent, guardian or another pre-authorized person. Be sure to bring along personal identification because counselors will be checking until they get to know your faces. Please fill out the Mandatory Pick-Up/Sign-Out
Authorization Form, listing any persons, other than parents or legal guardians, who will be picking up your camper. We need one form filled out per child. Campers in fifth grade or older are permitted to check in and out of camp on their own. If you would rather not have your camper leave the room until you pick them up, please notify the head counselor in your child’s group.
All half-day
campers should be picked up promptly at noon. Campers not picked up by 12:05 p.m.
will be brought to the camp office to wait for their ride. All campers not staying for our After Care program should be picked up promptly
at 3:30 p.m. If they are not picked up by 3:40 p.m., they will be walked down
to join our After Care program and charges will apply.
On Mondays
only, campers may be dropped off beginning at 8:30
a.m. Just beside the main parking lot, counselors will be waiting to welcome you and your camper and accompany you to the specific camp’s meeting place. If your child will be going to a different camp for the afternoon,
counselors can also show you where they will be for pick up. If you have medications
that need to be turned in, or if you need to speak with the camp nurse, she
will be available at this time.
For afternoon session only campers, please
report to the camp office just before 12:30 p.m. and we will show you
where your afternoon camp will be held.
Summer at KEY 2013 t-shirts are available for purchase for $10.00 on Monday mornings during camp drop-off and are also on sale in the camp office. Click to see the t-shirt and all the available colors.
Tuesday - Friday: Campers should go directly to their camps
between 8:50 and 9:00 a.m. Any camper arriving prior to 8:50 a.m. must be signed
in to our Before Care Program. (See Extended Care Programs for information)
Camp activities will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and we don’t want campers to miss out on any of the fun activities we have planned!
Campers that are being dropped off for an afternoon camp should not arrive before 12:30 p.m. as there will not be a counselor in the room ready to greet them before then.
