The fun doesn’t need to stop! In order to facilitate busy parents and children who can’t get enough of camp our Extended Care Program gives campers the opportunity to keep playing, crafting and have fun with friends every day before and after camp.

Before Care
begins daily at 7:30 a.m. and will be
based in the music room of the Music
and Arts Building. All campers arriving before 8:50 a.m. must be
signed in to Before Care.
After Care
begins daily at 3:40 p.m. and runs until
5:30 p.m. Any camper remaining after 3:40 p.m. will be taken to After Care
and must be picked up and signed out from there. Between 3:40 - 4:15 p.m. After
Care campers will be in Katharine
Hall having a small snack, which we will supply. After 4:15 p.m., campers
will move to the Music
and Arts Building where they can play indoor games, participate in daily craft projects, or play outside. If campers are not picked up by 5:30 p.m., late fees are
charged at the rate of $15.00 for any portion of the first 15 minutes and then
$1.00 per minute after that.
Families that have not prepaid for Extended Care must complete the Auto Pay Agreement Form so that we can automatically charge their credit cards on Mondays for any Extended Care used the previous week. We will no longer be sending out bills. If you prefer to pay by check you may pay on Friday afternoon in the Camp Office when you pick up your camper.
