Upper School Administrative Assistant

Key School is seeking a full-time (10-month) Upper School Administrative Assistant for the 2022-2023 academic year.

This position is responsible for providing support for the Upper School (grades 9-12) office, faculty, students and parents, including processing all Upper School attendance and organizing and coordinating all substitution needs for the Upper School.

This individual should have:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
  • The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • A demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Solid technical skills in Google Suite, and ability through training to use the school’s database system, Senior Systems
  • A high level of cultural competency

Founded in 1958 by professors from St. John's College, Key School engages children from 2.5 years of age through grade 12 in a progressive, coeducational, college-preparatory, day program on its picturesque 15-acre campus located 4 miles from downtown Annapolis.
