Three Students Highlighted in Student Art Show at Walters Art Museum

  • Middle School
  • Upper School

Each year, the Association of Independent Maryland and D.C. Schools partners with a regional museum to showcase independent school student artwork in a professional setting; Key is thrilled to have three students highlighted in this year's exhibition at the Walters Art Museum in Baltimore.

Each school may nominate up to three students for inclusion in the exhibition, which runs from January 22 through February 2. According to Upper School art teacher Cassandra Kapsos, "The students were chosen based on craftsmanship and the strong development of a concept in their artwork." All three pieces were created in the classroom as part of the Key School art program.

Congratulations to Jessie Cline '21, Meg Shaughnessy '20, and Emma Woznysmith '25!
