About
Founded in 1958 by professors from St. John's College, Key School engages children from 2.5 years of age through grade 12 in a progressive, coeducational, college-preparatory, day program on its picturesque 15-acre campus located 4 miles from downtown Annapolis.

Immunization Requirements

Below are the requirements for new and returning students. Proof of these immunizations must be provided to Key by August 12, 2024. Click here to view Maryland State Requirements.

How to access and return the signed and completed form:

Returning Students:

Complete the immunization form found on the Magnus Health site.
Follow the instructions on the Magnus Health site and scan and email or fax the signed and completed form to Magnus.

New-to-Key Students:

Download the immunization form.
Scan and email the signed and completed form to School Nurse Katie Anderson at kanderson@keyschool.org.
