Beyond the Classroom

8th grade students spend some time in canoes during a flat water paddle.

Learning. Leading. Living Well.

At Key, we are more than a school, and what we offer extends well beyond what is taught in a classroom. Organized around three pillars—experiential learning, student well-being and leadership, and community engagement—our offerings reinforce academic work, build resilience and collaboration, and give students purposeful chances to lead, serve, and apply what they know.

With a wide range of clubs and activities across Middle and Upper School, every student can find meaningful ways to explore their interests, contribute, and lead.
