The Key Community
All our community members are actively engaged in learning and discovery, within and beyond the classroom
Key School is home to a vibrant community of students, families, faculty, staff, and friends.
A series of events welcomes the greater community to our campus to share in the joy of learning and friendship throughout the year.
- The Annapolis Book Festival is free to attend and welcomes thousands each year to join us on campus for a celebration of the written word.
- The 5K/10K & Family Fun Run is organized by the Key School Parents' Association and welcomes runners at all levels of experience and ability. Our Family Fun Run course is perfect for families with young children, friends seeking a great group activity, and those new to running.
- The Seminar Series for Adults is modeled after seminar classes taught at Key and engages adults from the wider community in spirited, intellectual conversations about great novels, poems and films.
- Summer at KEY offers one of the area's most comprehensive camp experiences for children ages 3 1/2 to Grade 12 and welcomes more than 1,100 campers from over 100 area schools annually.
