Summer at KEY Extended Care
Summer at KEY's After Care program provides parents the opportunity to extend their day and gives campers a little extra time for fun with friends after camp. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer Before Care.

You must pre-register for After Care at least two Sundays (by 11:59 p.m.) before your camp week begins. For a list of closing dates, please view the Registration section of the Policies page on the website. Space is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Daily drop-in is not an option.
- After Care is only available for camps ending at 3:30.
- A small nut-free snack will be provided. If your child has any other food allergy, please send a snack with them.
- Refunds will not be given for unused days of After Care or for registrations dropped within 10 days of the start of the camp week.
Campers not picked up by 3:45 are considered a late pick-up and will be taken to After Care. The fee will be $25 per camper and will automatically be charged to the most recently used credit card on file. Traffic is always a potential issue, so consider putting a back up plan in place for pick-up in the event you are running late. We will not waive these late fees because of traffic.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m., late After Care pick-up fees will be incurred. Charges are per camper and processed on the most recently used credit card on file. For campers picked up between 5:30 and 5:40 p.m., there is a flat late fee of $15.00. Campers picked up after 5:40 p.m. will incur an additional fee of $1.00 for each minute thereafter. After 6:00, the late fee will increase to an additional fee of $5.00 for each minute. Repeated lateness may result in families not being able to continue in the After Care program. Consider having a back-up plan in place if you are running late. We will not waive late fees because of traffic.
