Meet the Team

Our Admission Counselors are experts in their field; ready to provide you with advice on the process as well as answer any questions you may have about Key.

Websites are helpful, but there is no substitute for an in-person visit to campus. Please contact the admission counselor responsible for the division/grade to which your child would be applying to schedule a private campus tour.

"After nearly 20 years working in independent school admissions, I still never take for granted the privilege and responsibility that comes with counseling families through their school search process. It’s one of the most deeply personal and important decisions families make. The partnership between family and school begins during the admission process, and nothing is more thrilling than to witness families reach the 'ah-ha moment' when they determine the best-fit school for their student, especially when that school is Key!"

“For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of being an Admission Counselor at Key and during that time I have worked with a very diverse group of applicants. My greatest joy is introducing Key School to families who are new to an independent school education and helping them navigate the admission process. In the end, they learn that Key School is within reach and a real possibility!”

“Having worked in the Admission Office at Key for over 21 years I am still excited about introducing families to Key! While our Mission remains the same, we continue to develop and introduce new programs and elements that I find interesting and I look forward to sharing with prospective families.  I want families to know what I know - that Key is more than a school - it is a dynamic community and I cannot wait to tell you all about it.”

“It is amazing to be a part of a learning environment that's supportive, caring and that fosters creativity and a love of learning. I get to interact with a diverse group of students, and love learning all about their interests, passions, strengths, and hopes. I especially enjoy touring families through Key's campus and helping students imagine themselves as an Obezag! I get to relive the emotion I felt when visiting Key with my family for the first time and love seeing that they feel that same excitement!”

“Working with incoming Key-Wee and Pre-School families is such a joy. I love introducing families to Key’s top-notch early education programming and seeing their eyes light up when they realize what a welcoming and fulfilling community Key provides for not only their children, but their whole family. I've had that very experience as I've witnessed my own child growing and thriving at Key, and I relish sharing it with others."
